Quick help please? DVX100B General settings for..

While I'm waiting on my DVX Book/DVD, I'd like to know what the settings need to be on the camera and in adobe premiere (using firewire) capture settings to get this level of "sharpness" / "resolution":

I'm completely unfamiliar with what the shutter speeds need to be, 24p/24pa etc...
