Quick fun video shot on 720 24p

Just having some fun with a friend and shot this quick little video at his work and thought I would share it.
It was shot on one 4 gig P2 card in about 20 min on his lunch.
Nothing special but its good for a laugh
He as doing a little product testing!!!!!

The company that makes the trike is called KMX Karts.
I need made the web video letter box because I really didn't know
what setting to use for web using Quicktime H264 so it came out letter boxed.
Any body have any good setting that I could use to export 720p for web and having looking its best?
Hope to post some actual real work sometime soon.

Yup you need to export using a 16:9 custom frame size ie: - 1280x720 or 640x360 is good for the web.
