Quick EX3 question

I'm pricing out getting an EX3, and accessories. My question is this. When I get a microsupport baseplate do I need a low riser or high riser one?

Also which mattebox should I get?

high or low riser depends on if you want a flip module on your 35mm adapter if you are going to get one. if you don't want a flip module, then go with low.
