I really like the 672 for backlight/hair/cheekbones with the diffusion panel in place. I tried blackwrap to control the spill and just managed to overheat the panel.
This sort of look:

The 672 gives the highlights to the side of the face, at about 13% power. Anyway, ghetto'd this up in an afternoon - 1/8 plywood, 2 1/4-20 thumbscrew knobs, some black felt and black paint and glue, all stuff I had lying around. Not the most gorgeous thing, but 100% perfect for my uses. Didn't need a front face for this kind of thing. Packs flat enough to go into the 672 carrying bag with 2 sets of batteries, attached fast. Holes drilled for ventilation. Ran it about 10 hours yesterday with no issues.
