To get a bit better playback in Resolve make sure the edit timeline is not showing the thumbnails, audio waveforms, or at least allow the waveforms to generate.
also if you have not used the full 8 tracks do not add them to the timeline..
media-properties-audio, select only as many tracks as you recorded audio
personally I just transcode all to prores overnight and then edit that.
