i used to own the vx1000 and rented the pd150 so the dvx is a whole new enchilada for me...just a few newbie questions if ya don't mind...
1. is there a place to place the lens cap on the dvx? i'm used to the thing dangling from a string...
2. what is the purpose of the pin on the zoom ring? i took it off and tightened it back on and made no difference? i assume it acts like a handle if one wants to control the zoom on the ring such as a snap zoom?
3. does anyone have a monitor hood such as the hoodman h-400? i was wondering if you have to stick velcro onto the monitor or is there a strap that wraps around the monitor? i would like to take off the hood and close the lcd completely.
4. i noticed when i was sleeping with my camera there was this rattling sound when the camera is off? just kidding! ;D
