Questions about firestore fs100 and hvx200a

Hello, fist I want to apologise for my english.

Recently I bought a hvx200a without 2 card, for that I bought a firestore fs100 250GB. I decidede that becauose I had a excellent experience with ag dvx 200b.

After some doubts I managed to record something, these were my first tests. My main question is about the final video in the firestore, I redorded it in p2 format and when see it in my computer into premier cs4, there are 4 audio chanels, two of there whitout waves and the other two are mono. I put in the camara menu 1080i 60. I suposse that this 4 channels are conected whit .mxf extension. How I cam convert this audio to stereo? Is correct do it?

Othe question is about the firestore folders, I can't recorded inside them. When record the firestore create a new folder with other folders inside like audio, video, etc.

FInally I want to ask for some recomendations about the best menu configuration to use this amazing camera, and the best format to record in firestore. ALso, What is the maximun resolution in this camera? This question because the final video from my test was 1320x1080 but I thought it was 1440x1080.

First, make sure you used the "organize P2" command. That will convert the firestore folders into an official CONTENTS directory with all the files where they should be. Then, Premiere will know how to import the footage and attach the audio all in the correct way.

Second, an NTSC HVX200A records 1280x1080 in 1080i or 1080p; a PAL HVX200A records 1440x1080 in 1080i/p.

yes, I use the organize p2 every time, and you are right, this way firestore create an official CONTENTS directory (sound, video, etc), so, Why there are othes folders (0 to 9)? I thought in these folders I could organise the best way my recordings.

However, my main problen is about audio.I attach the audio in a correct way (In premiere cs4), using the correct comand, but always I have 4 channels, 2 mono and 2 empy. Do someone have the same problem? what can I do?

FInally, please, recomend me the best formats to use this camera (firestore menu and hvx200 menu)

P.d. What are scene files?
