Question regarding zoom on HVX200

In looking at the photos and reading reviews on the camera I've discovered there are both manual and electronic zoom fuctions available. But I'm wondering if the electronic-style zoom will be comparable to that of the 100? I've used the 100 once before and the zoom seemed quite slow and almost useless at times. Is this a standard or was this just the particular setting it was on at the time (not my camera and I didn't get a chance to look into further options)? If so I'm really hoping the 200 will have the ability to do quick zooms as they really come in handy when it is difficult to use the manual zoom for certain shots. Thanks in adv.
 
OK. Sorry if ths has been discussed, I tried to search but came up with nothing. I'm a noob for the time being.
 
Fair enough question mate! Don't worry about it!

We can only really tell with a full production model though. The mock-ups seen so far aren't functional, just cosmetic.
