CAN YOU RECORD SOUND THRU THE RCA JACKS?
I couln't get my new DVX to simply record from the RCA jacks. It was in VCR mode and recording and I tryed every concievable combination of switch settings on Mic/Line, and Input switches and the mixer was sending a signal. But still no signal showing up on the DVX lcd screen.

This one is easy, just go to the "AV IN/OUT SETUP" menu (when in VCR mode) and properly configure the camera to record from the AV connectors.
