Mines been on preorder for months. They aren't shipping yet as far as I know. Their site for months had a shipping date that always shifted a few days away. Eventually I pulled them for it and suggested they would end up with the reputation that Blackmagic has for non delivery. I got an email back immediately apologising for it saying it would ship soon. Then their website changed from an ever changing date to just "preorder"!
I did notice in Newshooters review of the Atomos Inferno a picture of one in use so Matthew Allard seems to have one. Maybe email him for an opinion. I am still looking forward to getting mine but the wait is frustrating.

The TITAN is shipping at the moment, but we´re currently fulfilling backorders and decided to not make the arm available on our homepage. I would have said that within the next 2 weeks the TITAN should be available.

I received my Titan a couple of months ago but haven't actually used it in anger yet. I did pull it out the other day and I had stored it fully tightened up. I found that I couldn't move it at all on loosening it. I kept trying to move it and was just about to give up when it finally loosened and is fine. Clearly not the best way to store it. In my limited testing it's obvious that it never needs to be fully tightened and of course that is its USP. It can happily stay a little loose allowing you to move it and whatever it is supporting around at will. Just don't store it fully tightened!
It was a very delayed order and as an apology they included one of their gorgeous leather cased tape measures which was nice of them.
I think I'm going to really enjoy using the Titan arm for a long time.
