Question for the moderators

Hi. I posted a question this morning about the 16 gig rebate. The thread is now locked/closed. The last thing written was:

"Please find one of the many, many threads on this topic and post your question there, if you wish to discuss this topic further.

Well, where is that? WORKFLOW? HARDWARE? I've searched for the threads, "16 gig", and "rebate", but no threads pop up. So where do I post this? I figured General News was the logical place. Any new question no matter where you post it pops up to the top of the list.

If my question was interpreted as a rant against Panasonic, or the whole rebate process, then I assure you it was not intended to be inflammatory. I just wanted to know if anyone had any new info on the next shipment of cards (and as a die-hard Panny consumer, I'd really like to know). Up until two weeks ago, someone on the phone at Panasonic would actually grab a list, and guess-timate on when my card would ship, according to my confirmation #. Now, no answers at all.

There is a lovely search function that you will find in the menu at the top of every page. When you use it you will find what you are looking for

Point being... this has been discussed so much. People, like yourself, will come on here looking for information. If we can keep the relevant information within a thread (or two), it will be easier for folks to find what they are looking for... Provided the use the search function. Rather than having the same question (and responses to it) strewn about the entire forum over and over.
