Question for Metabones adapter owners

Do you use any support for adapter + lens?

After 2 month of use Canon mount starter to rattle(even though I didn't use my heavy 70-200 pretty much at all) so I had to tighten up the screws and started using a support - it has a female 1/4 thread, so I've put a longer plate on my FS100, couple spacers and it seems to work fine(I've been using it for 6 months). Though for event shooting I want to use my 18-200, which is surprisingly sharp, but then taking out a Metabones adapter becomes a hassle - I have to unscrew it, remove spacers and then remove an adapter. And to put it back I have to do the same routine over and over again...Will probably try to use my Metabones without support and see how it performs this time. So I was wondering if anyone have experienced the same problem as I.

Thank you

I have the Metabones Nikon to E-mount adapter for my FS100. I have only had it for a month or so, but no rattling. The heaviest lens that I am using is the Tokina AT-X Pro I 28-70mm f/2.8 (much smaller than your 70-200).

No support is needed for any lens of mine EXCEPT the Canon 70-200 f2.8 as that is beast of a lens. I built a minimal rig for it that keeps it pretty portable though, so it does not need to live on a baseplate with rods.
