Question about VG30 and EA50

Hi.
Most important questions are.. VG30 and EA50 has this same sensor? They produce this same quality of video? Both have this same gain/iso levels? As i found - vg30 has no picture profile.

Bonus question: someone tested VG30 with lanc commander? In manual of VG30 they said, it can be remotely controlled via lanc and special adapter (i found one done by manfrotto) plugged to a/v port. I'm curious that zooming with power zoom work, and maybe other things with manfrotto 521xl work?

I have for now two FS100 cameras, but need also third on camera crane with power zoom.

I do believe the EA50 and VG30 have the same sensor. However, due to the way the cameras process the image, I don't believe they output the same picture, with regards to tonal quality.

I found this video a while ago on youtube, and while they're comparing the VG20 and EA50, the differences between the VG30 and VG20 are mostly cosmetic.
