question about rebate

Those of you who have received the battery + card, does the package arrive with signature required upon delivery? Since Panasonic doesn't notify us when the rebate package is shipped out, we have no idea when it would arrive. I live in an apartment complex and if they had just left it by my door, it's not inconceivable that the package was stolen before I had a chance to get to it..
 
I have ordered my HVX200 camera from Panasonic Rep and when I got home there it was sitting in front of my Apartment door - something that didn't make me too happy. Don't get me wrong when I say not too happy it isn't the fact that I got my camera but the fact that someone could have taken it and I wouldn't know for days upon days. And if it was stolen would Panasonic replace it? I don't think sooooo! Come on B&H get your *&^&* together!
 
My rebate battery came (after a two-month wait) to my house. It did not require a signature. It did not display Panasonic's name on the outside. The return address had someone's name and the address of the rebate center. Most people would have just passed it by had they seen it on my step.

Then again, I live on a cul-de-sac in suburbia. Not many passers-by go un-noticed.
