Question about LCD screen

Hi there Everyone,

Well, I didn't think I'd have a question this soon since purchasing my DVX yesterday, but ah well...

On the bottom left-hand corner of the LCD screen there is a continually changing "percentage" number (22%, 50%, etc).

It seems to be linked to the iris, though I'm not sure. When I check the manual, the diagram fails to show anything in that part of the screen. I'm in "Camera" mode by the way.

I find it distracting and would like to turn it off. I'm sure I just pressed a wrong button, but any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated.

It's the "Marker" function. Just press the zebra button inside the LCD panel to cycle between zebra 1, zebra 2, marker, and "off".

Thanks Barry. That makes sense. I was testing out the Zebra fuction just before I noticed it.
