GH4 Question about GH3/4 lens options: native panasonic vs adapter lenses

The only thing I hate about most native M4/3 lenses is the focus by wire (hate it for all focus by wire lenses) which is why I use adapted Nikon lenses with hard stops.

The nikon speedbooster has been a god send for me.

I don't think the Olympus 12-40 2.8 m4/3 is focus by wire and has hard stops. Does anyone have any experience with this lens on a GH.

thanks dafreaking - the 2.3 crop factor is for regular UHD (3840x2160), correct?

for the DCI "cinema" setting (4096x2160), it is something like 2.1 - is that correct?

and for normal FHD (1920x1080), is the crop factor just 2.0, like it is for still photos?

if you google, this is all available from panasonic's website, or over at personal-view. Have you done a search here?
