Question about Filmora and the DVX100B

Hey guys, does anyone know if Wondershare Filmora will remove the dropdown from 24PA and unsqueeze? I know it does most stuff automatically, but I did not know if it did those two specifically.
 
I think I answered my own question. I went and shot in 16:9 and Filmora recognized it and adjusted the video. The only problem is that in my time keeping up and learning to adjust, I forgot to set the Scene File and it was left on F2 when I shot outdoors.
 
how did you get the footage into Filmora, by the way ?

I have to load it first via Premerie Elements as Filmora can't see an older cameras like the DVX100 or the DVX102B like I have ?
