Question about DVX100a 16:9

1. Shooting a film with 2 DVX100a's, would it be smarter to purchase two anamorphic lenses and shoot the film in true 16:9, or should I shoot it in 4:3 and then boost it to 16:9 in post using FCP HD if we wanted too...
