Question about Blu Rays

Is it possible to play Region B 1080p blu rays on an american 4K Blu Ray Player? If not, whats a way I can watch a Region B blu ray in america on the cheap? there are a few films this year being released in the UK on blu ray but not here and i'd really like to see their restorations and special features.

Not sure about Blurays but for DVD, I bought a Philips world standard player that had unlock codes for the different regions and would play my PAL discs and covert the output to NTSC.
You should do some reading and research, there are region free converting Bluray players available. https://www.220-electronics.com/blog/purchase-region-free-blu-ray-player/
