Quality Screen Grabs ???

I'm just getting familiar with adobe premiere pro 2.0 and wanted to know to pull screen grabs off of my footage in order to use them for pictures. can somebody help me. my email is williamanderson@byu.net

There's a Premiere forum for these questions...

If you are viewing the frame you want in the Preview window, just go to File/Export/Frame, choose your format (defaults to BMP), and Save.
