Quality Problems

i have a couple questions.

1: to me it looks like the there is a little bit of noise. i tried to shoot really flat and then color correct afterwards. maybe i am being overly critical but it seems as if there is some pixalization going and and a little noise.

2:also any comments on the screen grabs in general. this is my first real test shooting in this manner so its still a little rough. any comments or tips or critiques are welcome.

#1 is out of focus, and the lack of light is probalby causing that noise you talk about (although I honestly don't see it in the grab)

#2 Looks really good. Crisp, clear picture, and zero noise from what I can see.

thanks, yea i decided to test shoot really late so it was like maybe 30 minutes before sunset. i also have a hard time checking to see if things are in focus, besides an external monitor what can i do to ensure good focus? thanks again, tomorrow i am going to do another shoot with more light so i might post those later on. im am just trying to test out whether or not i get better results by shooting flat or getting the look in camera.

Yeah, more light is key. If you can get the look in-cam that's great, but if you're going to cc, it's best to be 32bpc.

here are some more grabs from today with more light.

how is the color correction and overall quality?

i didnt try anything special but if u guys wanna give it a whirl i gave u the uncorrected ones as well.
