OTHER: PX-270: Timecode consistently out of sync when jamsyncing and cabled

So on my recent two camera shoots I am noticing that my second camera is always 2 frames behind in timecode when using a cable to feed TC from one cam to the other. What gives? Anyone else have TC issues?

I did not notice anything on my three camera shoots. But I can look at the projects again to see if anything is two frames out. I had one camera feeding the other two over cable.
 
Can anyone else with two of these cameras chime in? I am still getting these results on all my shoots. Camera B is ALWAYS 2 frames behind. It's like the old days of DVX when audio on 24p was always 2 frames off lol!

When I align clips in post I have to sync my timecode and then nudge one 2 frames.

Yes. This 2 frames delay problem is costing me so much money in post with 8-12 camera shoots. I have been experiencing 2 frames delay whenever I have a dedicated SD 708T series continuously jam synced to the Panasonic cams. They're always off. Couldn't figure out why until I ran into Ambient products. It appears that there're processing delays on most file-based cameras. The work around is to get the Ambient ACL 204 HD Lockit that will actually compensate TC internally by adding 2 frames offset! This gets expensive. The tedious way is to adjust 2 frames earlier or later in all multi cam clips in your NLE.

Two frames off are noticeable whenever the subject is speaking. 4-5 frames are obvious. It matters.

So the problem lies in the cam processing itself and not the TC.
