OTHER: PX-270 - Headroom Setting

Hello,

I can't remember seeing a "headroom" setting in a camera menu and I am a bit uncertain about the best selection. You have -12dB, 18dB & -20dB. Which would be best and why? Does this setting effect all recorded audio (mic & line)?
