PX-270 and DRS

Hello Listers,

Do you use DRS on the 270? If so what are your feelings about it? What are your settings?

I have it on all of the time with the level at its strongest which is 3.

We are crossing paths on two related threads. Are there any downsides to that setting?

I can't see any downside. The DRS gives you better highlight handling. Just start your tweaking with it on and work with the image. The only time it might have some negative effects is in a bright, overcast situation. You might want to see a bit more contrast in the mids but that is not too often and easily added in post.
