I'm excited to start my film and then finish my film! At least I hope I finish before deadline!

Yeah, maybe it's because we got started so early but it feels like this fest has been going on forever. It's only like two weeks away now!

Thank you very much. I am excited. Justin sent me the last version of music for my input, and it is phenomenal. He has done amazing work as usual.

I really liked your idea we discussed on Saturday night. That would be a great feature idea. It has a whole lot of possibilities. :laugh:

I have been editing the property you shared with me diligently. I hope to be done with the editing this week. MAN! It is very well done. :love4: Love it. It is a masterpiece, Matt.

Shane has not gotten back to me so I think I will spend the week on the editing and build the Hypercrane afterwards. I have also been looking at parts ideas for the large solid dolly Mark and I discussed. :engel017:

Thanks for starting the project so early and then having such a good organized schedule. It made it so much easier to accomplish great work. I think that is important to doing a good job on a film... Plan well, start early and then keep on schedule. This gives the director much more leeway to add inspirations and assimilate flashes of creativity into the production, and to fix the inevitable problems that arise.

Because of this, we will in the end have been involved in four projects for this fest. :kali: :shocked:

It is nice that Hyperactive makes this important on its projects. :dankk2::thumbsup:
This is one of the reasons why Hyperactive Studios projects are a great investment for a producer that wants to come in under budget and make absolutely great feature length movies. :Drogar-Happy(DBG):

It seems so hard to find investment money for independent features these days. Let alone being able to get distribution and make a buck in the end. Do you mind my asking how many features Hyperactive has gotten funded/distributed? You guys must be further along than I realized. Congrats.
 
:thumbsup:Hyperactive has a slate of movies pursuing funding. Stricken has our actors attached, a significant line producer and several funders interested. No movie is officially "Funded" yet though. Just working up to that point. Until then, we will keep making movies though!:engel017: Like........PUSH! Woohoo!
 
As things are getting ready for PUSh to finish up, I just have to thank everyone who has been a part of it. I really tried to push the envelop (No pun intended) for myself this fest. I tried a bunch of new things. Red Camera, Action, more dialogue, etc. I hope it comes off the way I dreamed it. Regardless. the crew and people I had helping make it happen were amazing. Thanks guys!


This has already inspired me to try to push the envelope bigger each film, and I am already planning my next big step. I will keep you updated on Push and thanks for staying tuned.

I loved the way Justin McAleese and Ian McAleese set the lighting up for this shot. Just what I had asked for!

This is one of my favorite moments of shooting. The location was great and Kenn Arola was phenomenal as usual. It was an exciting night and our latest. We wrapped at 4:00am

I have a great BTS vid of this scene (on my little hard drive digital camera) from the right side of the shot, Matt. It was amazing from that angle too. It had great blocking and two really good actors. :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG) I think it is shot on an HVX from a third angle too.
