Pulled out USB cable before ejecting HELP!

I did the unthinkable I pulled out the wrong USB chord before ejecting it. I had the EX1 connected in USB mode but no files were transferring at the time. I pulled the chord now the camera says I have no clips on the SXS card. However the cards still show the clips I just cannot see them. Is there anyway I can repair and save them?

Do you have access to a computer with an express card slot?

have you tried data rescue 3?
It saved my back last year when I was about to loose all files on a CF.

I do not have a laptop with an express card slot and I will give data rescue a try. However I had to use those cards for another job, but before I formatted them I copied the entire BPAV folder to my computer.
