Pull down backdrops

Does anyone know of a source for large, maybe 10'X10' pull down backdrops? I'm looking for someone who takes your photographs and prints them onto something such as vinyl. If you're old enough you may remember the maps we had in classrooms. They were on some type of roller system and the teacher would pull down the one she or he was looking for. Usually after pulling down the wrong one a few times. I'm looking for something like that. We're putting in a studio for a client and we would like to be able to change the backgrounds up occasionally. Daytime, nighttime, different skyline shots, that sort of thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I did a shoot recently (kid's video) that was supposed to look a little cheesey. The client had a large desert scene printed at a signmaker, on vinyl.

It was shiny, hard to light, and hard to get good & flat by hanging. But there's a world of large-format services out there - I've had stuff printed on canvas, muslin, etc. When I was designing trade show stuff, the technology was sort of inkjet-iron on, just in masssive size. I think a fabric would be easier to get flat than a vinyl, and would have less sheen. And the vinyl weighed a freakin' ton, too.

The other problem we had was shadows - to get the set far enough away, we would have needed a much wider and higher print. (I shot this for a friend and showed up with cameras and lights, there wasn't a ton of planning for it... but you can see the background throughout - and the shadow from the "cactus")

Thanks Michael. I hadn't thought how much a piece of vinyl that size would weigh. Fabric may be a better option.

if it is a studio, why not keying the background.
for almost same price you would get thousand of background avaialble, even video background.

a key on bright green should be no problem.

I'll be using the green screen most of the time when I'm in the studio but there will be other people using the space occasionally who will not want to, or be able to use the green screen for different reasons. I was hoping to give them some options.
