This is a short highlight music video I shot and edited documenting my recent trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico which I call my "second home" because of all the beautiful women down there!
Anyway I am shooting with the original DVX100. I wanted a different kind of look since I would be shooting a lot of stuff on the beach and in/around San Juan. I tweaked the camera settings before my trip and then I added a 4x4 UV Filter and a 4x4 Graduated Blue filter to my Matte Box. No color correction was done in post. I just toned down some of the shots that were to bright and made them broadcast safe.
Just looking for critiques on the shooting style and what you thought about the editing. I know how you all feel about Youtube and Myspace so bare with me on this one! LOL!
The very first shot and towards the end are some shots inside a nightclub. Those were shot with my digital still camera that can also record video. Everything else is from the DVX100.
