PTool 3.37D - Where???

Apologize in advance for this dumb thread, but uh... where do I actually go about downloading the latest PTool? The link in Tester's main development thread still points to 3.36. I see numerous references to 3.37D but no links other than the 'Wine' version in the PTool Manual thread.

I'm sure it's blindingly obvious and I'll feel dumb when I get the answer, but I am stumped. What am I missing?

Try again, you are opening the wrong zip or something, this link is 100% 3.37 (just tested it)

I tried it again and the window showed the same thing. 3.36. I attached two screengrabs. I removed all trace of anything Ptool before dowloading again. I am running on a Mac so I'm using Wine. Not sure what's going on.
EDIT: My apologies. I was using Wine to open the downloaded file without properly extracting it. For some reason, this meant it opened to 3.36. I properly extracted the file and tried again. Now I have 3.37d.
