PSD NG - Where is a service center?

Yes. It all started with a simple "PSD NG" warning. Now it's all messed up.

Y'know what else is messed up? The authorized service center locator on panasonic.com . Entering DVX100 as a model number and an unlimited radius from Ann Arbor yields "Unable to locate a matching model number." I did find a Chicago service center by searching by category. Anyone have any advice?

Yes, buy a Sony.

I had the same problem when I first got my camera 5 years ago. My a** is still sore from the reaming Panasonic gave me.

Other than that, I would contact Nivie Electronics in NY. They're right around the corner from Panasonic in New Jersey. Last I knew, they were the main service center for Panasonic's pro-sumer stuff. They probably have the most experience dealing with your issue.

The service center locater needs the complete model number. I had to look for authorized repair last night, and just used the drop down menu choices that are to the right of where you enter the model number.

These guys are about 21 miles from Ann Arbor. Give them a call to see if they work on DVX100's.

If not, you'll probably have to ship your camera out. Try Spec-Comm, they are in Maryland, I think.
