ProRes RAW

Panasonic recently upgraded the EV1 to enable the new ProRes RAW. Any chance that could happen for the DVX200?

Does the DVX output a raw signal? If not, then no.

The EVA1 was not "upgraded" to record ProRes RAW. The EVA had RAW output enabled. ProRes RAW is the format that the Atomos has been enabled to record that signal in. The EVA is not recording any type of RAW internally.

No RAW ... ah well. I'm still hoping for DVX200 form factor (incl. fixed lens) with GH5s sensor / technology. Perhaps a bit less zoom range/weight and slightly faster lens. SDI ... HDMI 2.0 ... NDs ... IBIS ... all the DVX200 goodies, updated.

Since I want more than one, I don't want the EVA-1 except perhaps to augment/add flexibility to a pair of DVXs. Since Sony color science and cadence (can someone explain the latter? I've heard concerns...) are not well regarded, I prefer Panasonic or BM. BM is not as good in low light as GH5 or certainly as GH5s; otherwise the BM-UMP is really nice. Please, Panasonic?
