ProRes HQ v. normal Prores w/ FS100

For 'important' projects I usually transcode to Prores HQ for good measure. Now in the process of editing a 25 minute short film, I was wondering if HQ is actually useful to the FS100 codec. Does anyone think it is worth the extra storage space?
