Propper CCE setttings for 24PA footage?

Im generally good with CCE2, but i seems i get interlacing when i try to encode from my frameserved avi that is 24PA. What are the propper main settings to have selected for a 24PA project. Could someone please post a screen shot of the main cce screen? Ill post a shot of how i have mine, but im encoding now so i will add it in a bit.

also, it appears to freeze when doing CBR from a frameserved file from degbugmode
