Firstly let me say how exited I am, the used AF101 I got from ebay turned up a couple of days ago and although I haven't actually used it to soot anything proper and haven't even had a look at the footage just playing with it and seeing how it works is great. I went from using a Z1 to a GH3 and started to get really fed up with all the faffing around and the lack of proper focus assist/peeking.
Anyway, I digress....
I am hot planing on using any heavy lenses as I have a few Limux ones whitch are great but think a small 15mm rail system with a solder support would be great. Using the hand grip and having my other hand on the lens seems to work fine so dont want handles. The one thing I dont seem to be able to find is a proper camcorder plate for rails. All the ones I see just have a single DSLR style screw and no locking pin. Anyone know of anyone who does any reasonably prices ones? Or maybe there is a alternative system with a shoulder support without rails that is better.
