HPX250: Proof that the HPX250 is not a conspicuous camcorder to use in the field

With its long zoom lens, it makes it very easy to sneak up on unsuspecting subjects.

Filming for the TV show "The Hunt", which airs from July through December, on the Sportsman Channel on cable and satellite networks.

Looks like turkey hunting. Based on all the palmetto plants, I'm guessing you're in the deep south, perhaps Florida or Louisiana?
Are you shooting in AVC/Intra 100? Good thing these cameras have a true broadcast codec!

So, as 22x zoom camcorders become more pervasive, it looks like turkeys have good reason to be nervous from Thanksgiving through Christmas and, now, up to "Spring Break".

So strange to see a turkey next to those tropical plants! Here up north they're still scratching for food in the snow-covered corn fields!

Oh, we've got plenty of turkeys here in Florida. And deer, and wild hogs and bears. And gators.
When I go with my father to attend his deer stands and feeders deep in the woods, I always carry either my double-barrel coach gun loaded with 12 ga buckshot or slugs, or my .357 Magnum revolver. Can't be too careful!.
Sometimes the most dangerous animals are the two-legged kind.
