Promo Video on Web

I'm working on promotional video for a school that is one minute in length and is a mixture various scenarios, scenes, etc of the school and students.

I shot some of the outdoor scenes already in 60i, but I'm wondering if I should switch to 30p for the remainder.

thoughts or suggestions from anyone that has done something similar?

It's entirely up to what you want the video to look like.

That said, for web, you're probably going to be deinterlacing anyway, one way or the other, so even the 60i stuff will end up looking more like 30p when it's all done.
