Projects won't show up in Avid

Just backed up my files and had to change the permissions. Changed them back, but now Avid won't recognize the projects. They are all there, as I have gone back and checked, but Avid isn't seeing them when I go to the projects folder. What do I do? Help Please
 
My bad. I fixed it. It was the permissions. They didn't stay when I changed them or something. Back in business. whewwww..
