GH4 Profile Recipe List

Suffice it to say, i've been digging around for people's GH4 settings, and it seems that thoughts and opinions are still all over the place. Miller, Naso, Threat, etc.. have been coming up with some good stuff, So like we did back for the af100, how about organizing people's recipes here.

Keep the conversation strictly to the recipes, when posting a recipe, please be detailed about what it was designed for and the pros/cons/etc... about it. I'll update the OP with what gets posted.

Sorry no 4k...ill add a few of the 4k shots later to this same video. This is just a rough cut ...not filters or color correction just clips on a time line. I think I did color correct the aerial gopro shots.
These were my settings after attempting to use the James Miller settings and a few of the hyperwhite avoidance settings.

For matching C100 log

I set up a Datacolor color chart in flat lighting and framed it up with both cameras.

Latest settings. (Untested) Last night I made a few changes that seem to help. I decided to not use the Highlight and Shadows feature. It does something very unnatural to the image. It looks like it smooths out the skin almost like what noise reduction does so I set it back to 0 and now messing with the Master Pedestal to boost the shadows. Here are the latest settings that I haven't tested these settings yet with my Datacolor chart but I feel the Contrast and Master Pedestal settings is whats going to get the image where I want it. I was surprised that the color is pretty close with the two cameras. That sure makes matching them easier. the GH4 tends to have more red in the skin tones. Using Colorista and the skin tone tool I desaturated and pushed the skin tones toward yellow a tad it looked really good. Thats why I backed off the Hue to 0. It's a good start and by no way done yet but I figured I would share my little journey with you.
