I am directing a VERY low budget music video to be shown on European television, possibly MTV2 in England. The label is only offering $500 for a budget, but wants quality/resolution nice enough to air on television. I own a DVX 100A and can rent an anamorphic adapter to increase resolution, but worry that this is still not enough resolution/quality for television. Are there other options? Can I somehow use the Panasonic and make the image quality nice enough for tv? Also, I am shooting this is Chicago and worry about finding rental houses that can offer any adapters that I might need. Any suggestions/alternatives?

Sometimes a deal is just so bad you have to walk away from it. Unless you're just trying to get your foot in the door and willing to take a loss, this could be one of those times.
