I like the 2nd one without the filmstrip. The new first one is good but unbalanced. I would suggest maybe taking out the sun and one of the other elements (tree or man) and slide the text to the opposite side. Right now everything is on the left. The tree, man, darker clouds, text, bigger mound, more grass. Its making the balance very lopsided.
