Processed shots? Your techniques.

Hey quick question(jk, it might take longer than anticipated :))

How do you get your processed shots looking great. I have a short that I want to use a processed shot in, it is part film noir. It will be in a car, so most likely you won't be able to see anything but the insides. I have thought of a bunch of ways(green screen the windows+key out in post, garbage matte and others) but I don't want to go to the shoot and screw the whole thing up or find out I did in post. So if any of you have any brilliant ideas...I don't. Thanks a lot.

Could you use rear projection?

I saw November a few days ago and there is a shot with Courtney Cox in front of a projected slide of the store. For a split-second it looked real, and it got me thinking about rear-projection experiments with the DVX. (I suppose that technically that was front-projected)
