Problems with uploading HVX footage to Vimeo. HELP?

So I haven't had this problem until I started using Shutter on the HVX. Once I enable the shutter (Almost always at 1/500) once I upload to Vimeo the footage looks very glitchy and the frame rate looks way off. My source file looks correct, but the Vimeo file is not right at all. A bunch of other people I have asked haven't had this problem. Does anybody know what's going on??

You can really notice it in the last clip, when the camera is moving.

Shot at 720p60p Cine V, and edited accordingly. Exported via Vimeo Compression guidelines.

PLEASE HELP!
 
Test footage was not viewable. If I had to guess if you shoot at 1/500 shutter speed it will give a "jerky" look. 1/60 or 1/120 is the recommended speed which will give you smooth playback.
