Problems with FS700 recording audio

So my FS700 is doing this weird thing but its also kinda major too as its kinda screwed up a job slightly.

So If i record continuously say for a hour its not recording audio when it splits the file for like a second or two and then comes back in.

As you can see its missing at the joins? Is there anything i can do to fix this as there doesn't seem like anything is wrong with the camera as such...

This is normal, unfortunately. But if you import it via Media Browser tab, not Import Footage, it should be fine.
