I will definitely look more closely now. I have only had fantastic reviews from my clients so far. As long as that keeps happening I'm good. I have just started shooting some V-log with Lut's applied in the Atomos Ninja Flame. I will go back and look at that stuff for sure. Thanks for the info on this.

And that's the key point. If the client's happy, I'm happy. The DVX200 is a capable, inexpensive 4K camera. With a great photog behind it, it can do some pretty amazing things. A little temporal artifacting isn't going to kill anything or make me hate the camera. It's barely noticeable in the first place, and under proper lighting conditions, not noticeable at all, really. But if you're pushing the camera to fight in low light and bringing up the blacks too much and basically trying to "fix it in post" then you're going to see the tell-tale signs of this camera's drawbacks. But, really, it's barely an issue at all, like the other little niggles about the camera; the pros far outweigh the cons. Obviously, the shortcomings can be annoying to us owner/operators who can see that sort of thing...but, the other 98% of the population won't notice. And it hasn't ruined an image for me, yet, so...there ya go. If the client's happy...
