Problems with .arw

Hello!
I have been travelling for 4 months, with the Sony A7s, taking pictures and photos.
Now I came to my place, I wanna see the photos (I take raw photos .arw), but I can't see anyone. The camera came without CD. I don't know how to see the pictures (the videos I can). Anyones can help me please with this little problem?
What I need to see the photos??

What software are you using? You need something that is updated so that it understands the files from the a7s.

Ok. Perfect. Thank you. Now I can watch the photos.

Next problem: I need to put some images in different pages. I need to convert the photos to JPG or another (good quality). This app let me do that, but unfortunately the quality it's not so good.

Any suggestions, again, please?

Irfanview is a software which can do a lot of things and cost nothing.
For sure Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom can do that very well.
