Problems transferring Time Lapses

I shot all day at 720/24 PN, then did 2 time lapses at 720/30 P. All of my regular footage transferred to Final Cut fine, but the time lapses aren't transferring and I'm getting the red stop sign in the transfer window.

Does anyone know why this is happening and/or how to fix it?

Is it a Final Cut thing, or an on-camera thing?

What happens when you play back the time lapses in camera (after putting the camera into 720 30P mode of course)? If they play back OK, it is probably an FCP issue.
 
The camera has a 'repair' function. Select the clip, go into 'operation' and try the 'repair' function. This doesn't always work, but its a good start.
