Hey guys,
I just recently noticed a problem with my Canon 70-200 f4 lens (non IS). It seems that in auto focus it continually hunts for focus on distant objects more than 100 ft from the camera. I have had this lens for about 2 months now and am just noticing the problem. I usaully do manual focusing for video, so this is something I probably wouldn't notice right away. I tried this on my 7D and 550D with the same results.
Anyone have any thoughts on what the problem might be before I send this in to Canon?
