Problem with my GH2 image.

I just discovered a few of my clips have a vertical band on the right side of the frame. The band is static. You can see from the 2 images I've attached. The part affected by the band is more contrasty compared to the rest of the frame. It's like the affected part is half a stop under exposed.

FYI, I'm using a friend's Tamron 17-50mm lens with an ebay 30 dollars Nikon G to Micro 4/3 adapter. The adapter has a internal lever to control the Tamron aperture.

Just guessing and hoping here :), is there a remote chance that the Nikon G adapter is causing the problem or it's a case of camera sensor frying soon?

thanks

Are the lines visible when you play back in camera?

You are not referring to the white border line right? The white line is drawn by me to isolate the portion of the image that has problem.
Sorry that I wasn't clear about it. Anyway, yes the problem is visible in playback.

thanks for helping

Ohhh, I see it now. Hmm, I doubt it's the sensor. Perhaps there's some light bleed inside the lens or something. The only thing I can suggest is to either try a different lens, or perhaps check for any areas in the adapter where light could come through.
