hi,

When I try to batch render an animation the resulting images are black with nothing on them. The render takes too short (usually it takes some minutes for this particular shoot but now it takes about 7 seconds which is really strange).
I've been using maya for 3 years and i've never had this problem before so i dont know how to solve it. I would really apreciate if anyone could help me wioth this problmes because I need to have this shot rendered by tuesday.

Thanks in advamce for you help.

EDIT: I tried again with another scene and it gave an error (// Error: Could not create command port : etxea:7835)

I don't use Maya but your best bet if your in a rush is probably to ask in a Maya specific forum. There seems to be quite a few out there. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

What frame rate is at ?

In global renders, is it setup to the right angle camera ?

Make sure you don't have any duplicated cameras.

Are you using a learning edition or is there one on your hard drive ?

hey thanks for the info and the links.
I'm rendering it as tga sequence at 25fps, I do have a ple, the ozone plug in from eon-software. I'll check if i have duplicated cameras.

Thanks
