I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem but, i bought my DVX about 2 months ago, and i got it pretty cheap off ebay (about 2k), so when i found this problem i didn't go through the hassle of sending it back and money issues. The servo zoom works fine zooming in and out, and when i use the manual zoom to zoom in it works, but when i go to pull the zoom out the ring is loose and nothing happens, i have to use the servo to pull it back. Could this be electrical or mechanical? big bucks to get fixed? If it costs too much i wont have it fixed since i don't tend to zoom is any of my shots, but just in case i i need to use it someday.... was wondering if anyone had any ideas or help?
